Well from my view as European working in finance. Handling money for customers to pay (buy apps) likely requires an e money license (not sure about other states). And with this there is lot of things coming, like AML and what not. So disabling the account might be due to regulations required for the e money license.

Of course Support should be able to resolve this if proves are given

A huge part for me is how they handle employees and how that makes employees steal things.

My wife ordered an iPhone and we received a salt mill and a flashlight. Called them, they said sorry send it back. But then they would not return the money cause we did not return the phone. At that point Amazon accused us for betrayal and forced us to take a lawyer to get parts of the money back.

I oppose to that. We have unit tests calling API endpoints of third party sandbox. Once a week all of our CI fails cause third party sandbox is down
