Glaze by Raycast 5 months ago

It is interesting how so many different companies end up converging to some sort of AI coding.

Raycast -> Glaze AirTable -> Lovable Competitor Retool -> Lovable Competitor

Even those early in the journey are converging towards coding.

I forgot to add, you can try TabTabTab, without installing anything as well.

To see something much more powerful on Google Sheets than Gemini for free, you can add "try@tabtabtab.ai" to your sheet, and make a comment tagging "try@tabtabtab.ai" and see it in action.

If that is too much just go to ttt.new!

Claude for Excel 9 months ago

hey Collin! I am working on an AI agent on Google Sheets, I am curious if any of your designs are out in the public. We are trying to re-think how diffs should look like and want to make something nicer than what we currently have, so curious.

Claude for Excel 9 months ago

I would recommend trying TabTabTab at https://tabtabtab.ai/

It is an entire agent loop. You can ask it to build a multi sheet analysis of your favorite stock and it will. We are seeing a lot of early adopters use it for financial modeling, research automation, and internal reporting tasks that used to take hours.

OpenAI ChatKit 10 months ago

haha, shameless plug but if you use Google Sheets you can try adding `try@tabtabtab.ai` to the sheet as an editor, tagging it and giving it work

This is a very interesting read, we are building Cursor for Google Sheets and the variance of use-cases we see is insane.

1. A lot of people are creating dashboards / CRMs - either they don't have any one selling them verticalized Software or its too expensive. 2. Some people have verticalized Software and they use Sheets so that they can share data with others without paying for per seat SaaS while not worrying about what the new members can read/write into 3. Lots of financial modeling and planning - From a chain of Cafe's in Laos, to Startups raising funding. 4. Lots of teachers trying to do scheduling for their school while ensuring that the teachers get enough of a break. We have seen this in Colombia, the US and Italy 5. A lot of market research and enrichment

A Spreadsheet really is the IDE of a billion people. You can try us here https://tabtabtab.ai/

i am building in a similar space, while i see where you are coming from I am extremely curious on what "a mind blowing" or "i need that" experience looks like to you from a desktop AI product

Shameless plug here - we are working in a similar space, and have started at the copy & paste layer. We are calling it TabTabTab[0]; while we have a waitlist as we are working on our onboarding, you can already give it a go on[1]

The main actions are option+c to copy, option+v to paste. Take the front page of hackernews and capture it with option+c (use cmd+a to select all, if text is selected we pickup text, otherwise we pickup an image); and then go to sheets.new or numbers and hit option+v, see your Spreadsheet getting built. It works everywhere.

There's spells option+s (custom GPT per app / URL) and agent mode (option+I) but give magic copy/paste a shot. More examples here[2]

shameless plug here but we have been building in a similar space. We call it tabtabtab.ai - https://tabtabtab.ai/

The core loop is promptless ai that’s guided by accessibility x screenshots & it’s everywhere on your Mac.

You can snap this comment section or the front page and we’ll structure it for you if it’s a spreadsheet or write a tweet if you’re on Twitter.

Starlark Language 2 years ago

We used Starlark for all of its properties and built a tool[0] that allows you to spin up containers in an imperative programming way on Docker and Kubernetes through Starlark!

It can be pretty cool as you can pass in arguments and get a different set of services based on what you pass in. I like to think of it is an "exe" for a distributed system.

In less than a few hours Gemini 1.5 is old news. Sam is doing live demos on Twitter while Google just released a blog.

Didn't think Google would be the first of the Facebook, Apple, Google and Microsoft to get disrupted.

The company was turning over double digit revenue and had more than doubled the number of new product logos in 2023.

From the LinkedIn post. Does this mean $100 MRR / ARR ?
