I don't think this is true though. Lots of people around me use "ChatGPT" but then are actually using Gemini because that's what is on their phone.

I just don't get this. Google has SO MANY THINGS that are US only. While most other companies release things to everyone (like OpenAI).

That being said, Apple is atm way better in providing longterm software updates, but that doesn't mean Google isnt doing a lot of work there also.

Next to that, there is already a lot of apps that are updated through the Play Store instead of an OS update. Mail, Dialer, Android Auto, Photos, Camera, Keyboard, Contacts, Clock, Play services, ...

Yeah agree here. It makes sense to have a shortcut to only cycle over the windows of the same app. In the example where you have 5 windows in an editor.. how nice that you can only cycle over those instead of also the other 20 windows you have open

My anecdotal experience is that the things you are talking about have way more to do with what you are used to then what is "better".

Because back then you paid a lot of money for Windows and they also sold you on Office and the likes. Google's business model with android is exactly this, give the OS for cheap but earn money on the apps.

Not saying 10 or 30 is the correct amount. It's just different now.

Out of curiosity, what doesn't work for you with Code With Me? The only thing I can think of is that the "client" also needs to have Code With Me installed, instead of a possible browser integration like VSCode has.
