I have an inflammatory disorder. Night-Shades cause inflammation is what every doctor told me. If I eat an old soft potato or one with spouts I do not get worse. After looking into it Night Shades are not bad for people with inflammation or arthritis.

mRNA for Covid was built on what was learned from trying to use mRNA for Cancer. I personally think mRNA is going to really help a lot of people in the future.

My kid passed away at 12 from Bone Cancer and my sister (not biologically related to my son) died from brain cancer qat 15. There is no treatment for Bone Cancer that actually makes survival any better in the past 35 years. Kid Cancer cures requires a lot more time because kids' cells are always growing are much harder to come up with safe treatments. There was a 20+ year time when not one new chemotherapy was used to treat kids till St. Baldrick's funded research finally introduced something new for kids. If we get something that works on Adults it will take 10+ years to go to kids. If it works on kids then the research will help adults in a year or two. That the world focuses 90%+ on adult cancers is very frustrating.

Skills over specifics.

When you use the popular your average skills are lower. Also teaches you bad habits. Learning programming is different than learning a language. Once you learn programming you just learn syntax to learn other languages.

Also, Python might be popular but it is almost always the second-best option for whatever task you're doing. I still like to use the best tool for whatever I am doing.

I still say Racket is the best because it was designed from the ground up to teach great programming skills. Realm of Racket and How to Design Programs are best in class in my opinion.

There are so many ways to write R that can actually be very fast. R is a very different language as a whole and it has addressed a lot of problems these last 10 years. I might be biased but I really do like the functional side of R and how logical the libraries from Hadley Wickham have been designed.

That is customer that are currently being covered. It is 40k to 80k at both West Coast, Midwest and Northeast so that is Times 3 plus the rural area of the West and how many that is. Then we have Europe. So I feel like there is a lot of bandwidth for millions. I can't find the coverage per satellite. How much ground do they each cover?

I have a weird muscle disease that is treated with just taking over the counter L-Carnitine. The issue, vitamins and supplements are not regulated. So, I will try to take a new brand and after a few days my symptoms will come back because the pills don't have the L-Carnitine like it says and there is no one to make sure it does. It will cost me four to seven days of pain, and no one is held responsible.

My best guess is one in a thousand actually needs them so the 999 have a placebo effect and the 1 suffers. I told my neurologist, and he couldn't even prescribe them for me because that isn't a thing. So now I buy all I can find that works and hope they don't stop making it.

Companies that use password managers are infinitely better off with one then without. My co-workers would repeat their passwords and make them incredibly simple and easy for anyone to break the it with basic social hacking. My old company had the lowest level of tech skills and the company contracted their IT work and had the stupidest password policy. You just had to change one digit. So the joke was people would just +1 their passwords and they would know how long they worked there.

Repeated passwords is something people do because we all have hundreds of passwords if they don't have a password manager. Even me and my paranoid ways had several because I had to use a system that was based on the url of what I using.

I use to be a sound engineer. Those "test" usually with gear they owned and you can of course tell the difference with gear you are use to. Most gear has anything but clarity. Most people will dislike clear sound.

The POINT is blind test 128 MP3 and lossless. Still the vast majority of people don't have the equipment to hear any difference.

The Second POINT is most people prefer to have boomy colored sound and again that ruins the need for lossless. This is why people prefer old vinyl records. It compresses the sound and makes it sound better in most people's opinion. If people would listen to 80s tapes I bet they would love that sound also.

The Third POINT music is heard with background noise all the time. No way while listening to music people could tell the difference and those that can it would require great concentration. There is a limited return of investment for most people.

Personally I own a DAC and a preamp and have my hundreds of dollars headphones and my Genlec speakers that cost thousands of dollars. I hear a SLIGHT difference between 320 MP3 and FLAC and that is 100% concentration and I can hear a difference in only certain types of music. Classical Jazz and Classical music. I can't tell with pop and electronic music which is what most people listen to.

But compared to Racket Python is so much less of a tool when limited to standard library.

I had three worksites and I also had a few pet projects that would go on 100 computers. Python failed at every level (So did Haskell). I learned Racket just to improve my programming (It did) I then was like let's see how Racket works and it worked perfectly. I was able to deploy my programs and I never had an issue.
