In my utopia traditional advertising doesn't exist. Products are in catalogs. When I want to buy something I look in the catalog under a specific category. Innovative products that actually bring value are spread by word of mouth.

give me Opus 4.5 at a tenth the cost and running ten times as fast and I'd take that for almost any coding task over any current frontier model

This is pretty much where I'm at

What kind of tokens per second do you get on that setup?

Helping people write word docs, recipes, and emails isn't going to justify $15K per month subscriptions either.

Those things can all be done today on a $250 used video card and pennies of electricity

I don't think it's dashboards specifically, I think it's things that require a relatively small amount of code that fits in the context window and is easy to iterate on using natural language.

This is the part I'm most excited about with the new release, though I'm concerned plebs like me may never get a chance to play with it

The killer feature of Discord for me is being able to jump between communities without logging in to each of them. Open source alternatives never provide that. Does this one?

Matrix is the obvious exception but the UX has always been terrible for me. I don't need e2ee for group messages and it brings too much complexity with it.

Is refusal something that can happen mid-stream, after status and headers have been received? I haven't looked at the API
