This is pretty simple to solve for. Eg. Have the app provide an ID the customer can quote to the CS rep; Have the app also log this ID, along with the system it's being run on, to the cloud/an interface that pops up an "unsupported system" message to the CS agent on entering the ID.

Surely you'd have followed this up with some questions about how the contracts for those two jobs were worded, or that you'd expect someone to be working full-time for yourselves and wether that would be acceptable?

I remember Blender boasting for years about how it fit on a floppy.

Depends on the type of 'game'.

For eg. a racing sim, it could take 90+ minutes just to set up controls satisfactorily (this has happened to me).

And for some titles, even getting them running is something that previously takes hours. Stream counts any time the game exe is running as play time, regardless of playability.

I love servethehome, but find their actual reviews (of which TFA is not one) somewhat frustrating.

Most motherboards they review get a rating of 9.something/10.

They provide some interesting insights but often gloss over aspects that I, at least, really care about.

I could go on, but it's easy to criticise. They're the only ones covering a lot of what they cover. And I love their forums.
