I’ve become old. If you look at these things in disgust (ACL vs Policies, Delete bucket with s3:*, etc), you’re missing the point of (deterministic ?) software. It does what it is written to do, faithfully, and error out when not. When it doesn’t do as written or as documented, then yes… go full bore.

Apple’s marketing tells us who they are proud to be. As someone who attempts to defend the AppStore fees and process as valuable, seeing this makes me question if Apple has gotten “too cool” to be a good steward.

Story time: people are dense as hell. This one idiot put in his personal SSN to open $XX/m a year POS account. This account currently manages just over a hundred locations, and this fool's TIN has just been raking in millions for a few years all because 'I needed to get us signed up!' And what's better!? They still can't get out of the wet paper bag, because otherwise "we'll someone might start selling candy or something unapproved" > we'll isn't that's what your franchise liaisons and agreements are for?! I'm just beside myself.

I’m saying no person who writes JWT anything should have the belief that a JWT is by any means associated with encryption. It breaks my brain, like no where in any spec are there these claims (pun)

This problem space is so interesting. You have the 'always on' approaches like yours, or you have things like Toggl and Clockify etc. There will always be tension in "always on at my desk" vs. "on the go" time tracking.

I'm always on the road, so very few of these 'track my screen for billing' tools appeal to me. Tenths, though, has been a good fit for my lifestyle. It's honestly helped me with my ADHD, too.
