this is the correct answer for sleep. learning this has been more effective than any medicine that currently exists. if you're reading this and think this approach doesn't apply to you - it does. and the great thing is that it fixes much more than sleep.

people want authenticity, and ai is just not gonna fly
sure - you can suggest that Taylor is the product of branding/marketing. its cynical and somewhat true. but aside from that, she's an artist. in the deepest meaning of the word.
people are not going to resonate with a generative ai. instead - people will continue to resonate with actual art and artists expressing actual feelings
this is totally impractical and I love it

I do agree with your sentiment.
I'm coming at this from a perspective of one doctor who advocated for long term use, only to meet with (several) other doctors years later who highly disagreed with the approach. In other words, there's lot of contradicting information out there and not every doctor is an expert.
This is me as a data point saying - if you're being lead down a path of long term benzo use - be aware that its a possibly dangerous trajectory and in some places its not even really allowed (UK).
Benzodiazepine withdrawal is hell at best, and at worst it can kill you. This is not something you often hear in a doctor's office.
medication helps, but be wary of anything long term. especially benzodiazepines ... its not worth it.

"ex-apple team" is a little misleading, only one employee worked at apple (at least according to their about page)
have a reference that isn't a rumor site?
They could get the much much more expensive "edition" watch which their pool-boy couldn't even dream of affording. The watch could act as the controller for a digitally connected house (HomeKit) which is something else the pool-boy probably wouldn't be able to afford.
I don't see it as that different from the iPhone today. BMW drivers and pool-boys both employ them as status symbols and neither lets the other drag that image down.
With regards to your third point, I just took an uber yesterday and the driver was using an uber-supplied navigation tool. maybe part of the existing app used for drivers? on my end, the app asked for a destination address and it was synced with the driver. the route was what i would expect.
the driver did complain however that they were forced to pay $10 for this ability and had no way to opt out.

any plans for an iOS version? looks really cool.
in writing pihkal and tihkal he earned the title.
"poke" had a more flirty vibe to it. this is more neutral, which is important.
hi, yes and no convey very specific things though. "yo" means hundreds of things.
this is really cool!
i use this all the time and love it. this is definitely the future, once you start using it (and services like it) you cannot go back.
same day delivery has the same magic feeling that amazon once had with prime. it just feels too good to be true.
you'd still need a chunk of change for the downpayment though.
smoking (or vaporing) makes much more sense in a social situation. eating pot food takes a while to kick in, sometimes hours. it's not ideal and the experiences are not identical.
sativa strains are more associated with anxiety. indica are more associated with couch lock and falling asleep. most strains are a hybrid of the two, and lean one way or the other.
strongly advocate.
are weed patches common or even a thing? i'd call myself extremely familiar with marijuana and i've never seen one in the wild.
