Perhaps it means that a change to the policy can’t be used to justify actions taken that would have broken a prior version of the policy but which don’t violate the new one. Granted, I don’t have a complete understanding of the legal enforceability of a company’s privacy policy.

I really hope this doesn’t happen. The relative simplicity and reliability of Google docs in my experience has always been one of its major advantages over Microsoft Office, not to mention its near seamless real time collaboration functionality.

Any kind of stealthiness for one. There are versions of the F-15 which attempt to be more stealthy than the base airframe, but it’s a far cry from being as stealthy as any purpose-built aircraft.

Apparently it’s not even the most realistic it could be! From the footer:

We used Ada because titles generated by the larger Curie model are barely distinguishable from the real thing, despite being original.

Apple's only real mistake was not keeping ESC a fixed hard key.

They’ve added that back for a few years now, but I agree. I used to own one of the 2016 MBPs with a Touch Bar and the lack of a physical escape key drove me insane. Even though I sold that laptop, I had actual while-asleep nightmares about the horrifically bad keyboard for a while too.

If you’re referring to those pieces of software having support for Apple silicon, Docker already does (even without Rosetta installed) and I have yet to encounter a package on homebrew that isn’t natively built for ARM.

Yes! I completely agree. The yolks of Clarence Court-alikes just don’t feel as “rich”, whatever that means, and I can readily tell the difference when having yolk-heavy food like egg soldiers, for example.

I cannot stop laughing! Was the standup even about stuff developers would care about, or did they force you to listen to entirely unrelated financial status updates?
