I've had it for a few years now. One time I got a throat infection and it amplified to a slightly louder volume. It went down to its original level a few months later, but the time when it was slightly louder was scarier than when it first appeared. I was worried it was going to keep increasing.

A 2023 study https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2023/03/230330102327.h... observed slowdown in Antarctic overturning, in which cold water sinks down at the south pole and then spreads north in the deeper parts of the ocean.

The slowing of this process would cause deep ocean water to become warmer.

The point is that staying relaxed in boxing during sparring or working the heavy bag feels counter-intuitive in the beginning. It seems like tensing up the core and arms would help punch harder, but you quickly learn that conserving stamina is more important than hitting as hard as you can (especially when starting) because otherwise you run out of gas pretty quickly.

Being relaxed is important in boxing too, if you don't stay loose and relaxed (other than snapping explosively when throwing a punch), it is easy to get fatigued quickly and also harder to slip or roll.

My experience is, I gave up using clion on a pretty large c++ project ever since they moved to clangd (it used to be decent before) because some functions gradually became much slower to the point of being unusable, eg listing symbols in a file.

The same functionality works quite well in vscode.

But I tried this release and everything works really well on the same project.

Interestingly (though perhaps a bit off topic) I received a survey from reddit today in my inbox of my 11 year old account. This is the first of any communication reddit has had with me.

I may be mistaken but AFAIK plugins are not always at feature parity with the full jetbrains IDEs. For example the rust plugin in intellij did not support debugging but the one in CLion did (I think this is fixed now).

The python plugin in intellij was a little inferior to Pycharm for Django (pycharm had deeper support for the django ORM) and so on.

Do you want to build an interactive shell or a cli tool? For a custom shell I have used https://github.com/chzyer/readline before, but I did not work on it a lot.

I also wanted custom completions based on context and this readline implementation was decent for that.

Hi, no, right now I'm not on any medication for them. At the time I had them frequently (a few years ago) I was diagnosed with very low vitamin b-12 and given shots for it which seemed to help a lot with the frequency.

I also gave up alcohol gradually around the same time and the episodes gradually subsided after that (I had noticed that the migraines were pretty bad after drinking). I do not know if the two were related or not.
