It sounds like they were scammed, and I feel bad for them. But they probably don’t realize how funny this comment is.

Does anyone maintain a programmatically accessible list of holidays for their company? Similar to the HOLIDAYS.txt in the article, but it would allow for things like “don’t run this the day before or during a company holiday.”

I work at a company with different holidays in certain countries, which would complicate things, and require something more structured than a list of dates. But having that accessible could be useful.

Has anyone tackled that, or come across a solution?

It seems like they just pasted the question in. For those who have asked it for medical advice, how did you frame your questions? Is there a prompt that will help ChatGPT get into a mode where it knows it is to provide medical advice? As an example, should it be prompted to ask follow up questions if it is uncertain?
