Hello HN,

I'm following a PHP MySQL developer training course, but i have a lot of troubles finding an internship, needed to validate the course.

Companies at the moment, are not really welcoming strangers, even less if it is about an internship.

Do some of you know developing companies that are interested in an internship done by working from home?

Is this even a thing, is it even remotely possible due to the COVID situation?

Because i'm a bit scared that i will not find any internship and the course manager don't care about.

The biggest issue being that the course managers only planned the internship lasting about 3 weeks.

Nature publisher group is corrupted as many other main publication journals.

Don't bother, instead check the publishing researching team and their credentials to evaluate the authenticity of the claims.

I would also not trust any materials Chinese publishing teams provide.

Also pointing out, as today, 80% of the result published online are not reproducible solely following the "material and methods" section of the paper.

Looking very carefully and with patience one can find everything on NCBI database. Otherwise there is a big repository of sequence here: http://www.mgc.ac.cn/DBatVir/

Well, one can easily dig into the sequences database, to find some useful clues:

-A lot of chinese papers have been published through the years on the topic, during multiples waves of sample collection over all the chinese mainland. Showing there was/is a notable interest about this pathogen issue.

-One can also easily spot which research center were/are the most active on the topic and its related research teams. Wuhan research center is not excluded from the list as some others main big labs.

-Each entry sequence in the database is dated with a location, publishing team and associated paper. It is useful for following the pathogen evolution building phylogeny trees.

-Aligning a lot of sequences clearly show that this strain is separated from the rest of the others mains strain. The only related sequences are the one released by the chinese team.

-The closest related sequences are 2013 year dated and other from 2015/2017/2019, which per se does not provide a lot of information about the real pathogen evolution.

-The different gain of function that this pathogen got compared to its predecessors is quite remarkable and hard to overlook.

-The overall AT/GC sequence content have also evolved from its predecessors showing rich AT content that is generally related to higher host habit and expression.

So yeah, knowing china is not smiley kind shaped, one can still question the research and lab habit as one would do for any other country. A theory based on excessive and unregulated animal sampling could have exacerbated the real cross-transmission issue is as valid as the one about pathogen leaking from the lab or simply by natural evolution.

Anyway one can clearly take a moment to question the overall package, along the safety lab practices deployed around the world when dealing with potential pathogens.

All this stuff sums up to the already existing superciliousness nonsense a living form needs to goes through during life, as perpetual assault to any knowledgeable human being living on this planet! Human Being going down further and further without any brake!

That's what science gave to industry without any scientist from any biological field felt ashamed about! I feel ashamed about!

Still the things explained into this presentation could be potentially true and really used. They are not too much difficult to implement in a real daily basis case. There is a lot of gaming publishers that are focusing on patenting AI algorithm to be used in modern games.

I agree, the paradox make me smile. Hence i was said these kind of games were bad for children's. And now look were the gaming industry drive us. This blow completely my mind as gamer fan! ^^

Well add to this the environment mapping using sound and wireless. So we give them our personal data, share our environment, share our bio-metric data. In few words one can completely reconstitute your life without asking you nothing and use these data for purpose you will never know.

The real issue as it was for BTFII, it target also children in young age. So we persecute rapist but not persecute these behaviors that totally rape the point of view and behavior of small infant. Especially if linked to any related games our children play with. If these new AI algorithm work on grown human being, their impact would go even further on infant!

At this point i would prefer my child playing with DUKE NUKEM than the actual modern smartphone/PC games!

Since i would learn more about electronic engineering, someone would advice a nice forum/site for reference?

Molecular and Cellular Biologist engineer by career! IT guy fond of electronics engineering by passion! Looking also for a new job by the way!

There is maybe some serious electronic engineering courses that one could attend, if already hold good physics knowledge?

FYI i hold a master degree in Molecular and cellular Biology, and also tried one year PhD that not suited me well. That's why i would like to change career plan into electronics sciences if possible.
