Why make a recreational activity "risky" when it has zero reason to be?

To be fair in many cases the actual clothes aren't much better. I've had two pair of the same pants, same brand, same size fit noticeably differently.

It's not something for you to not like. Many of us that have visual deficiencies and have that setting turned on for a reason.

Apple cultivars are not genetic. If you plant seeds, you're going to get some random apples, which probably aren't very good. The cultivars are all produced via cuttings.

The thing is, we're actually pretty crappy at knowing what we'll need 50 years from now, much less 500. Doesn't make sense to overbuild for an unknown future, when hundred years from now us will likely be able to do a far better job anyway.

A big one I’ve been seeing a lot lately is advertising annual subscriptions as monthly rates. It isn’t $12/month subscription if I have to pay $120 in a lump sum up front. The actual monthly rate is often basically double what they’re advertising.

Taken a look at the job market lately? Unless you’re like the top 1% (which most people aren’t), it’s extremely bleak.

Not really. The lilypond format is extremely...complicated and obscure (and that's my polite take on it). Even simple stuff is quite complex. Very very far from Markdown's virtually WYSIWYG.
