Idea born out of my own frustration at finding typos at my prior company. I wanted a tool to crawl my website daily and uncover new errors. That’s how TripleChecker was born.

It looks like that's a PHP codebase. I'm curious why one should use this solution instead of more performant Go/Rust log backends?

I tend to agree. If you're dead set on locking behind a signup, at least the example queries shown (e.g. 'Summarize Apple's latest earnings' should be clickable so that users can see how it works.

It could be as simple as an auto email sent to both or through one of the social channels that they both use.

You can try to force initial communication, like randomly connect 2 users in close proximity to one another.

Great work on the product design. The website, while very pretty, can be a bit disorienting. I agree with some of the suggestions about pushing a video so that users can see it in action and finding more ways to get them to the shop page. There's only a single shop button at the top. What's missing is likely header navigation.

Is this basically a read-only partial replica? I wonder if it would be possible to sync the changes back to the upstream.

Congrats on the $10M in AUM. I do really like how simple the website is to understand and the pricing is quite attractive (assuming it stays at $1/mo).

Delegation was one I struggled with a lot in the early days. Even as the CEO, I was reluctant to give up my customer service responsibilities of manning the inboxes. Eventually, I understand that even if someone handled it only 80-90% as well, that would be much better for the company than having me do it.

I like the re-design. Maybe including the actual date instead of 'Tuesday', 'Monday' in the header might be clearer. Just a thought.

Are you planning to release any 'end-user' features such as reports and dashboards? BI tools like Metabase already offer capabilities for SQL queries and database exploration, so I wonder what additional features or advantages your tool might provide to distinguish itself in the market.

Neat idea! I might consider pushing a free trial more since this feels like the type of product someone could begin to rely on and then be more likely to upgrade. A few positive testimonials wouldn't hurt.

Having received a C&D letter or two in my day, I can still remember the unpleasant feeling of getting one. This would be a pleasant surprise, once the user recovers from thinking it was a cease and desist :)
