I actually posted this before watching it completely through… I was just reminded of recent discussions of EV vs ICE cars I have read here and Alec managed to put my thoughts much better into words than I could myself. On the other hand, a human can only look into one direction, while a Tesla can look into all directions at once. Also human drivers are often distracted, intoxicated, etc. An attentive driver would probably perform better, but I’d rather have all others be slightly worse on the high end of driving skill, while significantly increasing the skill of low end drivers.

This approach sounds like a great way to get a lot of security holes into your code. Maybe your competitors will be faster at first, but it’s probably better to be a bit slower and not leaking all your users data.

Not an electrical engineer, but doesn’t the voltage combined with the bodies resistance dictate the amperage? So anything under 50VDC just can’t transmit enough amps through the body to be harmful?

I’m currently working on implementing a Minecraft server in Rust. Not a new concept, I know, but it’s a great learning opportunity. I already have a few basics like loading and saving worlds and placing/breaking blocks implemented. In a few weeks I will release the first version and host a public server for testing.
