I think it's arguable that following the guidelines post-Tahoe will lead to a worse UI.

I believe we were talking about this basically being Web 3.0 / The Semantic Web almost 20 years ago. The internet then went in the opposite direction of locking data down and limiting 3rd party clients

As an Alaskan I am both confused and amused.

VirtualBox (with Guest Additions) has Seamless Mode if you're using X. I'm really not sure about the status of it using Wayland.

In the current state, it's basically just a self verification. When you use a new device it shows a series of emoji on each device and asks you if they're the same, then the device is verified.

Just to piggyback off this I had a similar thought. I read your post about the tool rental, got to the page and immediately saw random articles which unfortunately this AI age has got me to distrust that things are human written/curated when just presented with no context.

Seeing the rental and more community features would be best, then when you like the concept/community it makes sense to get invested in the posted articles because you've seen the site is active with people.

Love the idea, I really hope it all takes off!

Can you further elaborate on this robots.txt? I was under the impression most AI just completely ignores anything to do with robots.txt so you may just be hitting the ones that are maybe attempting to obey it?

I'm not against the idea like others here seem to be, I'm more curious about implementing it without harming good actors.

It seems someone else's mention of adlists not liking the word 'counter' is true. There's almost 300 domains with 'counter' in it just in that list.

Same. The whole domain shows up in the list. I have too many lists right now to know which is blocking it. Does Pi-Hole have an easy way to see which list a domain comes from?

These days they're doing what a lot of those 90s bands ended up doing: raging with the machine.

Just confirming that I had to do this first and it started working. It was originally giving me the Permission Denied (publickey) error.

After looking for self hosted password managers off and on for over a year I finally started hosting my own BitWarden instance (have had it for half a year or so now) and I absolutely love it. I can't believe I went so long without a password manager but it seemed against the point to have the passwords given to and hosted by someone else.

Highly recommended!

Beta tester from the start here. QKSMS looked the way it does from the start. Two months into QKSMS development Textra released that update. They're both following material design guidelines, but QKSMS definitely had it first.

This would be an interesting addition. I realized that Google is showing off Ingress as a game, but most technical users know it's about data-mining for maps and other location based products. Mozilla is openly showing this off as something that is about gathering data.
