Considering Googles progress and censorship history, I'm inclined to take their assessments with a grain of salt.

Multiple input and output processes in different languages has zero effect on associative learning and creative formulation in my estimations. We've already done studies that show there is no correlation between human intelligence and knowing multiple languages, after having to put up with decades of "Americans le dumb because..." and this is no different. The amount of discourse on a single topic has a limited degree of usability before redundancies appear. Such redundancies would necessarily increase the processing burden, which could actually limit the output potential for novel associations.

The only question that matters as a citizen of any nation is, "How much does changing the status quo really matter to me as an individual?" Neither have any other tech loss leader businesses designed to create barriers to entry though sheer size of war chests. Amazon lost money on retail for decades, Google lost money on tons of side projects as a means of hiring talent away from would be start ups.

Wall Street doesn't care about fundamental value, it cares about capital gains realized through 'too-big-to-fail' structures which require high barriers to entry and require gross revenue to justify overinflated valuations (which have zero restrictions).

If you don't pay taxes on your illegal cannabis in Texas they can charge you with tax evasion. Banking, isn't necessarily limited by the UN treaties - but since huge amounts of cash are flowing into cannabis businesses that are unbanked, it means Wall Street is without a massive influx of investment capital and return opportunities. Allowing the DEA to make changes to a schedule may help remove domestic barriers so banks can capture what they don't directly control.

Utter bullshit. Reclassifying schedule 1 Drugs requires the approval of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs of the UN. Otherwise, they are just reclassifying it under an already reclassified treaty structure as a red herring.

The Psychotropic Substances Act modified the existing schedule, but left other acts in tact - those other acts are the ones being modified by this nonsense circus.
