I have permanent continuous tinnitus as a result of being exposed to high intensity noise and concussion association with 155 mm artillery in my work with Army. Although it never stops I can mentally block it out somehow but whenever I think about it it is always there, a loud, high pitched continuous tone. If I'm tired, sick or stressed it can be worse.

Is a car on the street a private place deserving legal protections? If so then you can do anything in a car and claim it is private but surely that's not true. A passerby or a policeman has the right to look through the glass windows of a car. Perhaps what's going on here is people aren't happy that they have been caught out doing the wrong thing and solicitors smell money. I recommend not using a phone while driving because it can distract your attention and cause an accident which might injure or kill people.

I don't know what the situation is in the United States but down here in Australia trained members of the military are very well paid with excellent conditions and they are recruiting cyber and technical roles.
