Where does the feature go for long term ownership? That throws you build it you own it out the window. We are going to get more time for documentation and handover right, right? Engineers are famous for generating good documentation.

I'm still yet to be convinced React Server Components are anything but a disaster to the developer experience. Mixing backend and frontend without a clear boundary is terrible for any codebase beyond a handful of contributors.

Did delivering quality really get easier? I'm certainly not seeing it in the software I use. Delivering scale doesn't mean the mission was executed well.

An AI video trend on Instagram as been Han from Tokyo Drift with different cars. People still want to share those on the platforms they are already locked into with their friends.

You can hedge the position via options without having a taxable event on passive investment.

I'm not seeing that at all. I'm seeing more markdown text being produced by AI but nobody wants to read it because the signal to noise is low. AI doesn't yet have a context window wide enough to have the judgement capability to filter the gold from the fluff for a moderate sized org.

Has anyone done the math on how much liquid methane and oxygen this would take to launch on Starship? Seems like an impossibility alone without digging into the numbers.

It is quite simple, they had the more recent cleansheet single aisle airframe design with enough ground clearance for modern high bypass engine designs. This has baked in a lot of inherent efficiencies including manufacturability meanwhile Boeing leadership refused to invest in a 737 replacement needed in the 2000s.

You can buy plush neck donuts which do the same thing, my cat lasted one day with a cone before I felt too bad and same day delivered one.

I haven't ran the numbers or anything but I would assume supplying the high PSI oxygen for a long burn duration would be a considerable engineering challenge. You would need a system to jump start with bottled oxygen and then a heat exchanger in the combustion chamber to gasify LOX once stable detonation is reached. It is likely New Space companies have run the numbers on engine weight versus a contemporary staged combustion engine and found it to be little to no efficiency gain.
