If you want stuff to be referenced regularly, why are you doing it in the conversation instead of just putting the documents in the directory and referring to them in AGENTS.md or whatever?
This is a very long document that says nothing about chunking at first skim. If chunking is actually wrong, then just explain why, here. Wasting space is not actually a problem if it’s optimized for other purposes instead.

It’s not a 3B model, it has 3B active parameters. The full model is much larger.
It’s not a micro model at all, it requires 40gb of VRAM. The 3B is just the active parameters.
