That's a good point, and it's why I qualified my statement by saying under a certain income. You say high density as if it's a bad thing.

Get rid of property tax or somebody below a certain income.

Consider ambient listening in hospitals. Encounters are recorded then AI creates a summary. Those audio recordings then can be used for any other purpose. Consider the ramifications, A panopticon of metrics derived from AI. Imagine a AI used as a review tool across all ecounters a nurse performed in a year. IA will transform how data is stored in healthcare. It's going to move towards the data lake model storing information in its raw form for post analysis.

The biggest threat isn't the bomb, bioweapon or AI supremacy. The true threat is AI's impact on human learning and development.

Frankly, they've been asking for the AI industry to be regulated. They just didn't expect it would be just them. Although I'm going to say here now that I think this is going to have a broader ripple effect all the way down to open source and foreign countries developed models.

If you're close enough to buy, I suppose you're close enough to get it maintenance and fixed across the border. I doubt you can go to AutoZone and pick up a generic part. Although with a vertical integration, that's that's happening in the U.S. too.

Unfortunately for the 2023 Nissan Leaf has a CAN gateway module. Basically, it's like a firewall or gateway to filter out CAN writing commands commands so you can't directly talk to the car with open tools through the OBD-II. Basically, it's a read-only port that's only when the car is powered on. Unfortunately a lot of cars are now starting to do this. I believe so. However, even if it's not I don't see any other platform allowing you to use their service and sidestep platform fees. Someone mentioned above that there might be limitations for the number of keys, but I'm not aware.

Regarding the 30% cut. Developers can actually generate steam keys and publish them on third-party sites which can be redeemed by users on Steam. Developers then get 100% of the profit.
