i use the vim plugin for intellij as well and the first time you press an IDE shortcut that happens to be a vim shortcut also, there's a tiny popup that asks you what you want to do: either keep the IDE shortcut or switch to the vim shortcut. maybe this helps!

this is absolutely not the case in Amsterdam. 90% of ambulances/firefighter cars have their sirens on full blast. this is especially noticeable in summer nights when they can be heard from quite far away

in order for that to work, you have to plug in the charger. then you can close the lid and have the external displays on :)

that is correct. though it looks like you can have some backend services for free at render as well (although it comes with limitations). so if you don't mind slow first load you could have a proper dynamic app within the free tier.
