Do you want to live in Plainville, Kansas, 20 miles from the big city of Hays (pop. 20,000)?

My sainted aunt who lived in Inman, KS, substitute taught at Hays High School. She said kids in Hays were really worldly. Plainville may be too close to those big city lights.
