I truly believe that free basic necessities for all is the way to save the planet and ourselves. Universal basic income is just a band-aid but to really embrace freedom, creativity and development we need to find another way than hardcore capitalism. I have embarked on a mission to do something about it, because this world desperately needs a counterculture...

The first to points are the physiological symptoms, and the third described is one of the effects for most people with ADD/ADHD. Unfinished projects and a chaotic worklife that also can result in criminal activities, drug abuse etc. But it can also lead to succesful entrepreneurship and other positive effects in the long haul.
The statistical probability is a deep depression, the "k-wave" is about time to crash now in its fifth cycle. Making a profit is probably unlikely, but getting rid of all your personal debt and stocking up or investing in stuff people cant be without like food, medicine or energy might be a good bet.
As some already have said, the best option is to get a (backpacker) travel insurance. Its usually not that expensive, around 1-2k for a year I think.
But usually you need to be able to show immigration that you have enough money to support yourself for the duration of the trip or visit.
The best would be to get a fulltime job in a European country for a few years and then get a permanent residency, resign your job and scratch your butt all day and still enjoy more or less free healthcare for life =)
This problem will only grow with increasing capitalism and climate change. The only way to turn it around is to come together and push for policys and technology that lowers the costs for food and housing. The rich can get their profits elsewhere than on our basic human needs.
It's probably not the actual diagnosis part that will get disrupted, but all the administration needed with booking of follow-ups, journal writing, tests etc.
AI/ML might be used for targeted medicines, prevention or early detection which will free up time for doctors.
Saw a great link here on HN recently with different tricks for decisions making or problem solving: https://untools.co/
Also if its about personal problems that involves your own values or considerations, I would suggest the WOOP method. Read "rethink positive thinking"; its a slow read but important to fully understand the purpose.
Could also be ADD (a form of ADHD) or just a "regular" depression.
Try self-medicating with stuff that raises serotonin levels like vitamine-b or asparatam. Excercise a little every day, a 20 minute walk in the woods are better than medicine. If it gets too tough, try to find a professional to talk to.
These will probably be released at the end of this month I think, just have some tweaking left to do. I'd estimate that all the files take approx 30-40 hours in total to print with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.25mm layer height and 60mm/s main print speed on a standard 3D-printer with a 20x20cm bed.
You can visit my website and leave your email at the very bottom, and you'll get a reminder when I release something or start selling the kits/electronics.
Thanks! As often with great products it just started as a cool personal project but before I even had it finished, people started giving me requests.
The accuracy is designed to be approx 1 degree. The current microprocessor code only handles full degrees. But since I hope to get enough traction to afford developing upgrades, using encoders and higher gear ratios could give a higher precision.
The positioning and calculating of TLEs happens in the android app. Hopefully I can also offer drivers for other software like Gpredict later on.
Thx for the tip! Lots of different upgrades should be available later on and also I hope to build a community of open source designs and addons
Specs will be released later on since its still in prototyping phase. Satnogs looks sturdy and has a similar control board but seems more complicated. My goal is to offer complete kits for 200USD (shipping and customs not included) but if you can 3D-print the plastic parts yourself you'll more or less cut the price in half.
Correct its and "Az-El rotator" intended for amateur radio and was not designed with any other purposes in mind, but this is just the first release. Main objectives were price and simplicity. But I hope to get a good enough response to release other versions in the future, especially a much tougher all-metal weatherproof version.
Thanks for the feedback! It's still under development so more specs will be released later on.
"Unfortunately" the entire design is based around ESP8266 to make it cheap and easy for people to modify so wifi is the current option but if there's interest for other alternatives, anything is possible.
Since the rotator uses simple HTTP GET queries for the azimuth and elevation, it should be possible to make it compatible with other ethernet enabled positioning software.
Great to hear about your success story! However the number one ingredient must have been a good idea to start with. I hope to get the same viral success sometime for one of my projects, but its near impossible to foresee. Just work hard, keep afloat and hope for the best.
I figured thats why you asked the question... ;)
All passive income require some initial work. Some more than others. But selling ebooks is something that can get you recurring sales just like "writing" apps, websites etc
True... perhaps it could even give a boost and even more visitors if I market the new name intensively. But have anyone experienced any big problems with their SEO when you change domain name? My current domain contains the most relevant search terms and works for SEO but not as good as a trademark
