After reading Hail Mary, I wondered how reasonable it was for someone to truly be able to understand a language based in tones / chords alone. Maybe 60 words per minute would be enough to communicate but it sure would be frustrating.

My old 3DS is broken, and I've been trying to find a 2DS XL for months now. I am floored with how much they are selling for on ebay. Regularly $100 more than a Switch Lite retails for. I'm guessing the volume is low, but I'm surprised to see Nintendo continuously take moves to stop supporting old consoles when there's clearly still demand.

I had some paperwork come back from a fundraise that was riddled with errors. I lost a lot of faith in my lawyers and I had to double check all their work. Not what you expect when you're paying $600/hr.
Underneath every partner is the army of associates who actually do the work. I got on the phone with the associate who had handled the paperwork. He was trying to make partner; he was clearly overworked, underslept, and stressed out.
I switched to another associate with less experience but who wasn't yet feeling the pressure of making partner. The quality of work massively improved.
If Atrium can give work-life balance to lawyers, and give me paperwork that I don't have to double check, then I'm all for it.

I do love the "place this sphere on your head to switch worlds" paradigm, but I think it's maybe too natural - every user I've demoed the lab for inventively ends up punching a controller into the visor.
FWIW Tradeking no longer do this. Not sure when it changed, but I haven't had any issues using a password manager with them since.
