I've really been needing something like this. Can't wait to dive in and automate my emails.

I agree with the previous commenter that, perhaps, you could separate out "like" (to get recommendations) and "follow" (to get future updates) actions.

When I first signed up, I followed only shows that will have future episodes, but I'd love my past favourite shows to impact recommendations.

Anyone figure this out yet?

Yes! Tweet using the button on our landing page. The results from that tweet will show up on the landing page if you rank among the top 6 influencers!

Actually, we primarily look at just the clickthrough rate on the links to determine someone's influence. Influence is highly categorical.

For example, if I tweet about tech things, I'll get many clicks since most of my followers are techies. If I tweet about horses, ... not so many clicks and therefore I have a poorer influence for "horses".

Klout and # of followers abstract away these fine-grained details that, IMO, are critically important in determining social influence.

Klout scores really show more of a relational-sort of data. I actually don't place much faith in the quality of their "ranking" system, IMO.

We wanted to keep things ultra simple. Oh, and FREE!

You might be able to do it with HubSpot or PostRank, but we couldn't find anything simple. SO we built it!

Yeah, most people don't see 'spare change' as 'real money', funnily enough.

We're considering allowing users to have a Willet account (ie. new user name and pw). Aren't people sick of having so many logins these days? That was part of the incentive to use FB - keep things simple!

Willet works the same way. Spend away until you reach $3 of purchases, then you enter a credit card at this point. We securely store your credit card info in our digital vault. When you reach your limit again, we'll run your credit card and email you a receipt!

It won't be free forever.

Once we know how well it works and we've ironed out any bugs, then we'll start charging. Initially we'd rather deal with people who don't trust us because we're free than people who are pissed off because we aren't free and don't work :P

Also, it was a fun project to work on - we had to learn all about the Bitcoin API and host our own daemon!

I bet your App Admin can set this up for you to allow it access. I don't know 100%, but I'd recommend checking it out.

This may take up to 5 minutes due to how the Bitcoin network is implemented. We have to wait for the correct number of confirmations to propagate through the Bitcoin network in order to be able to confirm a BTC transaction has occurred.

Wish we could do it faster, but this is as fast as it gets!
