SEEKING WORK | REMOTE (Thailand time) Available for part time freelance work.

I'm a frontend developer specializing in Next.js and Javascript web applications.

I started my first internship in 2014, and have been freelancing since 2016, which is when I started learning React and Node.

I created an NFT sports card marketplace for high school athletes - https://verifiedink.us - I worked with my client from the beginning of the project, gathering requirements, architecting the project, and continue to work on the features today.

It's built with Next.js, Supabase, Chakra UI, Stripe, & Solana.

My own project is a no-code website portfolio builder for freelancers built with Next.js, Styled Components, Node/Express, Stripe, and more. - https://leavewithaweb.site

It's been through dozens of iterations from the code base to the UI/UX and more over the past 2 years.

I am currently interested in Next.js full-stack development work or anything frontend coding related.

I will be based in Thailand for the next few months at least.

Rate - $70us / hr

Hey everyone!

I've been working on my website generator for freelancers for 6 months now and I'm finally ready to launch the official first release of it.

I've been blogging everyday about it as well since the end of April on my blog at https://albertkim.ca check it out!

The web app is - https://lancerprofile.com/

The tech stack is:

- Next.js/Apollo Client/Mobx/Vercel on the frontend

- Node.js/Typescript/Typegraphql/Typeorm/Postgres/Dokku/Digital Ocean on the backend

The main idea is to provide the easiest, fastest, and user friendliest way for a freelance writer to go from not having a website to having a great website.

My websites have 100/100/100/100 scores on Lighthouse audits as you can see from this screenshot - https://lancerprofile.com/screenshots/lighthouse.png

From this website built with my web app - https://lancerprofileexample.netlify.app/

You also get free hosting because I deploy websites to your Netlify account which provides free hosting for you.

If you have any questions, ask me almost anything!

SEEKING WORK - Toronto, Remote OK

You have an idea and want to turn it into reality.

You waste time with repetitive tasks that you know can be automated.

I want to help you make that happen.

I'm a web developer who focuses on creating startups that are web app based.

An example of a web app I created. (React, Redux, Node, Express, Mongodb)

This doesn't look like a lot but the backend functionality is quite complex.

If you need something built, time saved by automating time wasters, or something technical let's talk!

I want to hear about your problems and how we can build a solution around it.

Medium posters borrow clout from medium which makes their post have clout. If you think of medium posters as just bloggers with their own domain or blogspot, you'll see them differently.

Uber driver kills 6 10 years ago

Another random killing by a gun? Would these happen so often if guns were harder to access in America?

This is pretty stupid. Teens aren't the trendsetters, they're the early adopters. Teens follow their older siblings who are the true trend setters. There's no way a 13 year old determines whats popular, it is older 18-30 cool people who are the true trend setters. Rappers and pop icons for the most part, there are no 13 year old pop icons.

1) Super bleeding edge technologies like Virtual reality / augmented reality doesn't take off or become popular, still viewed as 'super high tech'

2) The majority of the population still does not know / appreciate what it takes to make a website

3) Computer science grads are pissed because they can't find jobs despite constantly reading news about how there is a shortage of programmer jobs

4) Native iOS / Android is still dominant, Javascript hybrid apps are only used by technically advanced companies

5) JavaScript loses popularity, MEAN stack loses popularity but alternatives aren't appearing, just more criticism of the javascript frameworks

Concepts can indeed exist outside physical brain matter. Such as the concept of math. The idea that 1+1=2 does not need a physical human brain to exist. If humans never existed the concept of math would still exist "beyond space and time". Abstract thoughts cannot exist outside space and time for human comprehension but those same concepts do not need humans to exist.

What Is Code? 11 years ago

What do you mean? Theres tons, TONS of resources for learning the basics of programming.

I have an XPS 13 2015 version but it came with Windows 8. I want to try out ubuntu on it to see if it'll run better. Is yours touch screen? If so, how is it working?

Also is there a difference between the windows xps 13 and the developers edition? I heard the developers edition is cheaper, but with less powerful hardware?
