What does solving system id mean?
I dont know what you are talking about. Arcelik for example produces much better quality appliances than most its US competitors. But this fact does not fit your narrative I guess.
I dont really want to hurt people’s feelings but why do we care about this topic so much? I am kind of confused about why people are so passionate about bike lanes. Isn't it better if we focus on improving the subway and the bus lines before anything? I would like to see an open minded discussion about the pros and cons of this.
Why dont you tell us about how sane your leader is?
So shut the ff up about Erdogan. Its not the fault of Turkish citizens.
Its hilarious when citizens of “western” countries are happy with invading countries blowing up children to pieces and then expect other countries to bare the burden. Lay it off!!!
Tell me your sane leaders in the “west”. Was it George Bush, David Cameron, Trump, Johnson who is it?
Get off your frigging high horse. Who are you to judge Erdogan when you consistently produce war criminal presidents.
Vietnam and Iraq US killed 3 million civilians. Cant say that about Turkey. Why the hell is US in NATO?
Since when discussions on a HN thread are limited to the keyword on an article? It seems like you are the one who did not understand the context of the article. My comment is about relevancy of unions in our day. I apologize if everyone else thinks my comment was off topic.
I am progressive as it gets but living in NY and witnessing the current state of MTA plus attitude of other union workers my ideas about unions has changed completely. We have to find better ways to protect our workers without letting them abuse the system.
Genius and good CEO are very different things. Also I dont think he is a genius at all.
Are you saying large companies have the same power as small companies when it comes to matters such as legal, lobbying etc..
Its really crazy how a company like Toyota insisted on it for so long.
Are you here to contribute or pick a fight? Looks like you are misunderstanding comments and writing unrelated replies.
Does it matter whether they hold the most or they hold a lot?
Long distance train rides are incredibly expensive in the US.
You first tell me who the hell you call “Kemalist” then I will tell you whether or not they are Kemalist at all. Dont throw around “Kemalist” liberally to make a point. Then we can discuss further.
Terrible according to whom? George Bush and his gang?
Exactly right.
Firstly nonsense about most Kemalist leaders being brutal autocrats. Second whats your point?
How could you say that US involvement in Syria was not more than Turkey’ when anything and everything in the region is dictated by the US? So breaking apart a country and not letting the ethnic groups not form independent countries is a great concession to you?
I am not either but I love the country and its people. I have trekked before around the Annapurnas.
Same here.
Off topic but are you from nepal?
Jeez what do you expect? This is interesting news and comments are pretty thoughtful as well.
The reason I completely hated my phd program:
- it was incredibly political, much, much more than companies I worked at.
- most students were just trying to tweak some equations and get the hell out of that place.
Overall it was a very unhealthy environment and wasnt worth It.
Hold on what is being discussed here has nothing to do with how you sell your business or for how much. We are talking about how loyal customers are treated by business/business people.
Whatsapp was sold for that much because many other companies were willing to buy for similiar amounts.
It is the Boardroom === MBAs.
