I went there today accidentally. My personal favorite one:

I have an automation that is triggered by a door open/close sensor that I have attached to the flushing arm in my toilet with a custom made 3d printed mount for the sensor, which triggers a script on the server which connects to the chromecast speaker in the bathroom and plays the final fantasy 7 battle victory theme whenever someone flushes the toilet. It is perhaps my favorite part of my home.

ELI5: why do I need to upload the preview? Is it for some reason impossible for you to downsize the high-res pic? Is there a manual step required of me to take after?

What am I missing here, why not have just a single high-res pic upload?

I've seen multiple products that let teams collaborate/leave comments on any website. Examples that I found now:

- ruttl.com/website-annotation-tool

- xaviesteve.com/common

but I remember seeing others in the recent months on r/SaaS and r/SideProject.

I'm not the author, just found it myself and thought it is very cool.

While the article's content brings nothing to my life whatsoever, I did enjoy your writing style.

Psilocybin may have evolved as a defense mechanism. Controlling host behavior as a defense.

I like the shrooms' style.

I have mixed feelings towards too much standardization, especially in open-source.

The case:

I want to simply contribute something useful (I'm the user, so it IS as useful as it gets). I check out the CONTRIBUTING.md guideline: 1.5k words - nope, I'm not reading it.

I'm not saying there should be none standardization, but avoid it turning into gatekeeping - especially in simple cases.

CSP is one of the worst pieces of Web security infrastructure that modern browsers unwisely agreed to go along with

This got me interested - care to provide a reasoning behind it? I'd love to read more on the subject and better understand it.

Thanks.
