Expert software engineer with experience programming multi-threaded Windows XP/XPe/Windows 7,8,10,11 and Linux applications. I have used WPF/WCF/C#/C++/CLI .Net 3.x, 4.x,5.x, Win32 API, MFC, ADO, CUDA, OpenGL, DirectX, wxWindows and Linux. I am familiar with most of the Microsoft Foundation Classes associated with Visual C++ version 2008,2010,2017 , and STL and BOOST. Proficient or expert utilizing image processing algorithms, including kernel convolutions, the use of LUTs, JPEG 2000, OpenCV, 3D transformations, SIFT, SURF and other feature transforms. That coupled with my knowledge of real time video capture should make it very easy to quickly accomplish any task you wish of me. I have written and maintained several user level applications to provide complex information in an understandable and efficient fashion, along with necessary documentation on the operation, and limitations of the application. I am very conversant with several different database engines including Firebird/Interbase, and sqLite. I have utilized multi-processes Python for the last 12 years for scripting, OpenCV work, as well as creating cross platform GUI’s. Ever since Tensorflow nd pyTorch were open sourced, I have implemented from articles facial recognition, style transfer, inpainting, and denoising using convolutional neural networks I have 2 years of experience with QT 4 & 5

On Github there is an exe which I ASSUME is an runable sites are in some type of langusage I can not understand so I have no idea what I would be buyingtargeted On Github there is an exe from I ASSUME pyinstaller, but there is no indication which OS is targeted. SINCE NO SOURCE IS PROVIDED THERE IS NO WAY TO DETERMINE IF THE EXEE IS SAFE OR NOT GOOD Bye Best of luck in your battle against Jet Brains PyCharm

Rather geneal topic Engabcement as in pretraining ? distillarion ? Quantization ? NAS optimization ? Energy Usage ? Inference ? Training ? How are you measuring Enhancement ?

As with most testing linear algebra is not a must have for all software engineers. For instance for an SQL practitioner their efforts would be more readily be considered set theory? Question. Another instance to think about Embedded software engineers ?? Is there any use in PWM Motor control for linear algebra ?? Sure come control problems lead to linear algebra, but I use mostly transforms not linear algebra. Any simulation, image processing, math optimization sure linear algebra is king

what you want is a video summarization net possibly followed by an LLM PaperswithCode or arxiv to the resue just search for pages with open source code or got directly to github. Like deepshaswat says inference requires no specialized hardware, but training can be a problem unless you have a PCIE 4 mainboard with an RTX 4090 with 20 GB of RAM I bought this system with core i9 and 64 Gig Mainboard RAM for 5K 3 years ago, you may be able to only pay 2-3K nowadays. Better performance with Radeon and Threadripper is probable from the stats I see on Tom's and overclockers Good Luck

I put into google the search cmake link.txt and got a page full of results, some stackoverflow as expected. Some nonse like questions you asked, and some garbage as usual with google trying to make ads "relevant" to my search

Various book sites come to mind that include science as well as programming internet computing rather than get in trouble to advertising their URI, just find a book for sale you want, and google the ISBN-10 ISBN-13 with other criteria like filetype:pdf and use the tools to limit your search to the last year, month etc This website only has free/creative commons and/or older books https://freecomputerbooks.com/ This website I use for tech and bio is creative commons https://www.intechopen.com/ And of course for the bleeding edge with or without code all the arxiv pre-print sites.

I deleted my Linkedin account 5-6 years ago because I was not getting anything useful from the groups I was participating in. I now use papers with code, arxiv, etc to find idea to work on. I keep my resume's on Careerbuilder, Indeed and Dice upto date, and tweak them every month to let recruiters know I am still interested or not. I no longer let recruiter archived my resume' I tell them to use my online resume's instead; keeping all those specific websites up to date is just an onerous task.

I am a 68 year old child of a navy family. Mostly far east, all over the USA, and some Europe. My advice from my life is combine your uniqueness into a single unit. Take your background and create an opensource project that can be done quickly 2 - 3 months max and after that is done use that to promote yourself if you want to be a developer/software engineer. If you are into DevOps or DevSecOps do challenges. Pursue what interests you. When Tensorflow and Pytorch were open sourced I started learning by reading Abstracts and posting those articles that interested me and provided code, to encourage more authors to provide code. Now there is paperswithCode, Neurohive and other such sites, but I still learn, and lots of public GitHub and GitLab repo's

Take what is unique about you, what interests you and

Yes I agree wirrrndp Companies are using the excuse to quiet layoff/fire people enmasse I have fewer interviews for remote work now because of IMO ageism companies interview me once then never call back unless the requirement is for something I specvialize in like DICOM, GPU and/r NVIDIA Jetson programming. But then the contracts sare never more than a few month. Companies insist that 65 per hour is still top tier rates. Now that many many softwsare engineers are flooding the market, that may be true.

Another "recruiter" scam. They provide a job description, you se3nd them your resume' and/or summary of experience They then INSIST on having a copy of your drivers license and/or last four of your social to prevent "duplicate" submissions to the client company BAM THEY STEAL YOUR IDENTITY APPLY FOR CREDIT CARDS ETC ETC This has happened to me 3 times in the last 5 years

So now I refuse to provide any copy of my driver's license even if they offer work, I scan send a copy of my birth certificate to prove I am a US citizen On the phone call I make up a bogus 4 last digits, and after an offer is made provide real information on my W2 and other tax documents. Direct Deposit is also used by these Identity thieves so be careful about that as well
