However, name "animated" will only lead to disappointment for people finding slide shows of humans. This is basically the same kind of that a Boy Scout handbook provides.

Nice UI. Pretty cool to see a CAD program in the browser, without even an annoying login to try screen. On the other hands it seems to be pretty choppy and I was visual artifacts about 5 seconds into the tutorial. I got the same artifacts in Zen and Chrome.

Careful, he is also a believer in Ayurveda[1]. Which basically basically categorizes people into different elements like fire and water and then tries to change their diet and habits to match their elemental style or something. You can hear him talking about it here [2]. Kinda reminds me of Humorism [3]. Dr. K seems like a nice enough guy but don't get too lured in by the "Harvard-trained" credentialism.

I applaud Germany for weaning itself off Russian oil, but it's kinda weird that America seemed to be a lot more alert to this threat than the EU.

Modern humans in the developed world have access to insane quantities of calories. Too bad that evolution is still scared of us starving to death so we store the calories as fat. I think over evolutionary time, our brains could do some unbelievable things using all those calories.

That would be a pretty favorable comparison for fusion. Fission didn't end up powering the world, but I think it could have, if it was managed correctly and didn't become a boogey-man of the green movement.

After reading a little bit of his work, I couldn't really make my mind up about Fisher. Some passages feel pretty clear headed a satisfying to read.

-Defining things with grandiose, nearly contradictory analogies.

-A deep pessimism, sometimes I feel I'm reading some kind of anti-Pangloss.
