Thanks for your intent, appreciate it :) So I used GPT-3 to train all emojis, not only the new ones. That means a particular emoji will get more and more synonyms as I hire GPT-3 over and over again.

I use GPT-3 to generate synonyms for all of the emojis.

And yes, it’s simple to have a list of synonyms. But is it easy? Calculate the time anyone takes to write synonyms for a particular emoji, and multiply it by the number of emojis (thousands). Not to mention the energy that people spend for it.

For the 2nd question – it’s a limited price deal, and it’ll go up in a few hours.

I made Mumu because I couldn't count how much time I was frustrated by an emoji picker. Picking the right emoji has been immersed in my daily workflow for a long time. So I know it needs a change.

It's a native app on top of Swift. Not a SwiftUI yet, but probably interested to research more about its reliability.

In this kind of work from home situation, there’s no better way to save your time than making sure your Twitter consumption is on point. Thus, we should only read what we gotta read: the more focused timeline or list. That’s the motivation behind the product, to ease you finding the right people to follow based on your interest.

It’s based on NextJS and hosted on Vercel, with styled components under the hood. I also deploy it as static website, since I don’t use any database other than some JSON files.

The maker here! One day I was in Bali for holiday and stayed in a hotel. Naturally I ordered an online taxi to go to a particular place, but then I realized the driver couldn't pick me up because the rules from the hotel said so.

Later on I realized that some places in Bali are not allowing visitors to book online taxi right from their place. It's truly annoying, especially when I don't know about that beforehand, I have to walk to seek nearby places that are good to book from there.

I'm not going against the rules, but I think it should be easier for people to figure out whether or not the place they want to visit is allowed to book the online taxi.

Of course it's still too early and not all the places are listed yet. However, I'm looking forward to hear your feedback or questions! Even better if you could add some missing places based on your experience. Thanks!

If you find there’s a price tag in any service that you want to use, pay for it! Also, share what you’re doing to other people and encourage them to do the same.

Of course if you’re the only one that pays, that wouldn’t be meaningful. But if it becomes the culture, then it would be another story.

I personally use iCloud Keychain, and it’s more than enough for me.

Use Rails & Heroku – just that. That's more than enough. One and only advice is don't follow the hype, just focus on what you wanna deliver. You can thank me later.
