I tried it but the biggest problem I have with Tiddlywiki is the layout: the 'tiddler' box is too small. And changing the layout is not easy.

Tiddlywiki makes use of a browser and in that regard it is platform independent, right?

I professionaly used Delphi in the past for some specific Windows system administration tasks and I still use free pascal as a successor.

I use tie wraps spaced about 10-15 cm apart. Works 100%.

On holiday I stopped drinking coffee. Then for about one week the muscles in my back hurt so much I could not sleep without pain killers. After that week, no problem anymore. This is repeatable, every holiday same symptom.

B.t.w. drinking just one cup of coffee per day breaks this symptom almost immediately. And drinking tea does not help at all.

Maybe I should add I drink coffee since very young.

I believe you but I already use vinegar in small quantities for years just to bring the pH down to around 6. My plants thrive.

Acidify your tap water with cooking vinegar - it helps.
