You should be able to run Q3 and maybe even Q4 quants with 32GB. Even with the GPU as you can up the max RAM allocation with: 'sudo sysctl iogpu.wired_limit_mb=12345'

It figures that the thermal pads are applied by hand, when I replaced mine they weren't very well installed in the first place.

You'd like to think that a GPU like the 3090FE would go through QC that include some sort of stress test. It would only take seconds to see the VRAM temps would be well out of spec.

They're not stored in plaintext, they're stored in the Keychain. The point here is Chrome provides essentially unauthenticated access to the Keychain.

Are you publishing all these apps under one dev account? Because Apple have known to ban this practice in the past as they want the account owner to be the person responsible for the content.

It would be absurd to expect Apple not to be influenced by the rest of the industry, but the scale of the similarities by Android (compare pre- and post-iPhone Android) and especially Samsung (the Galaxy S with TouchWiz was essentially a 3GS clone) is much more than just skin deep.

While iOS 7 may look more like WP and Android, anyone who uses it can tell it still feels and works like iOS. Apple harp on about how design is more than how it looks, and it especially applies in this case as it doesn't work anything like Android or WP. But use a Samsung Galaxy S, and you can immediately tell that their apps menu is a wholesale ripoff of the iPhone's Springboard with next to no effort put into differentiating or improving the original design.

This article (and many others like it) miss out an incredibly cheap and healthy source of food, growing your own vegetables.

I did think about implementing comments like Reddit / Alien Blue, but I found that it involved too much scrolling up and down and having a button at the bottom reduced that.

I would beg to differ. I much prefer to work with AutoLayout constraints rather than some custom XML layout like with Android or WP.

Did you completely ignore the comment you replied to? Fusion drive aka tiered storage is not a cache.

The best solution is to have an omnidirectional connector like Apple's lightning port.

They're fast drives but in the past have had the highest failure rates and firmware problems. Anecdotally Samsung and Crucial drives are much more reliable, while the Intel drives are probably the best because of Intel's verification.
