Even further dilution. How important is a 5 million cashout when you only have 7% left of the company you slaved on for three years? I never plan on taking VC money if it is at all possible to avoid.

I agree with part of that. Look at the German LinkedIn competitor, which is a publicly traded company. It is the local leader, but that did not stop LinkedIn from moving in there. In the long run, the only strong brand is a global one. I do not see an opportunity for every region to have a successful me-too competitor.

Yeah, I see what you are saying. But what if it was an automated system? No click purchasing to trusted websites where you knew the rates?
