Do you like the taste of non-sugared oat milk over almond, or is it mainly because of the health benefits?

I'm not entirely surprised by this conclusion as there is a lot of research out there claiming that milk/dairy isn't healthy for us. I think almond milk is the best alternative.

Yeah, I had heard palm oil isn't the healthiest for you but didn't realize that it had so many environmental implications as well...

"Recent studies have found that women in STEM fields publish less, are paid less for their research, and do not progress as far as men in their careers"...I hope this continues to change. Would be curious to hear what others think needs to happen on a practical, day-to-day level in order to bring about this change. Also looking forward to celebrating International Women's Day on March 8th!

Interesting take! I know a bunch of people who don't like to play games because they think it's stressful and put too much pressure on themselves to win, therefore games aren't "relaxing." But I always think playing with people who are better than you make you smarter even if you're losing. And though it all, at least you're still learning and bonding.

I think we often emphasize the importance of exercise and diet for healthy living which are definitely essential, but sleep should also be added to that list.
