There are many anti-bias solutions put in the system.

Two most common are: 1. Prompt engineering - there is a Stanford paper on how to do this

2. Removing bias factors like name, gender - before prompting with GPT-4 - this greatly mitigates any bias.

The only way to both get experience and get hired is just to keep trying and just shooting for whatever you'd like to do

After series of failed interviews I got my first job by during interview clicking with my future boss on a personal level and we ended up talking more about Witcher books than job itself lol. Less than a year later I ended up leaving that corpo as despite good performance and good opportunities I was just very wrong cultural fit

So moral of the story is that stuff can be really random and the only way to get it right is to just keep trying

I've only launched B2C myself, but I've worked at B2Bs.

The thing is that B2C product is generally cheaper and have higher churn, and you have to go much wider for marketing to get to user levels that can cover operating costs.

B2B on the other hand, if you can cut their costs significantly you can ramp up the price and break even maybe even with a handful of clients. Tho with forever subscription you kinda have 100% churn, so you'll depend on getting new customers in all the time.
