With $400M they can make some buggy app or they can push really hard. It's enough amount that can be used a lot more efficiently. So entirely depends on team and the founders
US has budget deficit now. It's far more important to fix the budget. Spending few trillions in Afganistan so few friends get extra rich is not being superpower :) It's literally opposite.
Do you really expect Taiwan to give their primary importance as a partner, as a country , for money which less than wework ? A some random startup? lol
How about at first if we put camera on it and then someone from overseas checks around before performoning the task? for cheap but it can make it secure.

There are whales and they go beyond liquidity. They can manipulate the definition and how markets settles. Beyond elections, a lot of the stuff are relaying on how market settles.
This all deal and details keep showing how great Goldman Sachs really is. First they lose money on the deal and now this. One of the greatest out there.
With work + trading. I did similar amount and lost big too. It's not certain or anything, if markets crash big it's hard to manage that. But I'm optimistic
great but who is funding that at %0? is it non profit? like website, company and math people there will have wages. so even 1% is impossible without incredibly big volume and liqudity.
It would be very hard to profit from that? Because at most people would read few books a month. How much would they pay for it? Competition is literally libraries for free. Music or Movies dont't have free competitors. There would be long term tech cost, 100s of employees and all. The math is very hard even for long term.
How many big names are still working on OpenAI at this point? They lost all the edge this year. That drama from last year literally broke all the core team.
