If you are like me you listen to music all day and everybody knows MixCloud experience kind of sucks on a desktop. So I did some fixes by making an electron app. Enjoy!
Thanks! Git commits references in tasks in 2 weeks or so. There is already a GitHub issues import present.

Update Blog Post - https://ora.pm/blog/august-update-2017
Hey Everyone,
As some of you might know we launched https://ora.pm a new task management/team collaboration service in April!
Here is what's new in June's update:
- New card from anywhere (N / cmd+N)
- Quick @assign & [label] when you create a card
- Natural language due date when you create a task (next friday at 11am)
- Quickly open project picker with O / cmd+O start typing to filter projects
- Items in "closed" lists look completed now
- You can disable covers in board view
- You can choose if new or completed items go on to or on bottom
Thanks!
Tech stack is AngularJS for the frontend with Python (Jango & Tornado) for the backend.
If it was up to me I'll make it completely free but somebody has to pay the bills. Right now limit for the free team is 3 users. We might up that a bit in the future once we feel more financially confident.
We are planning to add lazy loading in a future update to fix that. Right now the entire app loads so that you can see the landing page and then never even enter the app itself.
Thanks for bringing that up. We should change the rules to allow that.
Someone send really long email with typos from a "private" email was that you? If so thank you! I think we fixed all typos.
That's a good point. Thanks!
Yes, that's you :) Enjoying the life (coffee) while your team is super optimized because they use Ora
Some future advanced features will be available only to the paid plans. Right now everything is available to everyone. Main restriction in place is the number of allowed users on a free project. (3)
That was the association we were looking for :) As people that have nothing to do with perl .pm for us is short from "project management" and also we like how short our domain is.
Thanks! Thats great advice and I absolutely agree with you. We have some plans in action for both the size and the performance of the app.
AngularJS is great but not without flaws. (cough..watchers) We are either going to jump to Angular 2/4 or React
Good point! We might rethink that.
That is a good point! We have import from Trello, but no exports yet. I will add that to our product backlog. We will add more extensive keyboard support in a future update.
Thanks! I would be happy to answer.
1) More like build it and post in HN :D (just kidding) But we are a product oriented company so we definitely do more development than marketing.
2) We are a small team of 5, it took us ruffly 2 years of development to get Ora where it is today.
3) Backend is python frontend is angular.
4) We are self funded our other app http://protosketch.io pays the bills at the moment.
5) This seems pretty cool, I will add it as a feature request.
Thank you! That means a lot to us! Attention to detail is a core value for us :)
I will add that to our backlog.
I agree, Sounds need some work! You can stop them from the notifications popover.
Hi Mizza, there is no editing on public projects that are shown as demos. And because drag & drop is editing it is disabled there. We have a slack integration already :) It's a good advice, we will see how things go.
Thanks for the feedback! I will add this as a bug so that we can fix it.
Thanks! I made those :D
