Maybe a typo? Should be around 157dpi for a 14 inch screen. Though I absolutely agree with the general idea, high dpi screens (over 200 dpi) do make the experience much much better.

Pretty much. Though it is a very international thing, I think chinese websites in general look more "kawaii" if we use the world like the author(?). For eg. take look at www.ui.cn

Why did he decide to call it kawaiization? I don't think this kind of design is inspired from japan, even though the rounded corners, soft color palette can be considered "cute", they exist because they are perceived as "modern web design". I put it in quotes but honestly I don't hate it. It is pleasing to the eyes.

I opened their website and they show refilling generators. In india electricity is unrelieable even in the best cities(including bangalore.) So every office and apartment has generators.

Maybe a tool like two sticks that can pin down rioters in the neck hold them there would be more effective.

you don't need an aadhar card to open a bank account only a pan card(no biometrics) issued by tax dept, which you can link with your aadhar card by your own choice. The govt wants you to do this but the caanot force you as the supreme court has said.

Dreaming actually activates the visual cortex, so it doesn't depend on imagination. I thought imagination also depended on the visual cortex. Dreaming and imagining is not too different to me. One is a bit more conscious, that's it.

My imagination is not the best, but when I am really high on marijuana and I close my eyes, I can imagine alls sorts of absolutely gorgeously bright and photorealistic visuals. I can imagine anything with remarkable photorealism during that state of mind. It's semi autopilot and spontaneous, though. My imagination also becomes very strong right before I'm about to fall asleep. When I'm sober, my imagination takes effort and is hazier, and not creative. I also want to ask people with Aphantasia, what do their dreams look like?

I wanted a macbook pro but then keyboard issues stopped me. I was absloutely sure I would buy the new air, but I had seen some youtube videos where some keys would behave abnormally. So I'm still with my old air. Old one has served me well, and I guess I will just have to do without the retina display.

I actually cannot sleep in a soft squishy bed. I almost prefer a hard one, probably because I grew up in them. Once I got a really nice memory foam mattress and it is like sleeping in a cloud, but I found out that I don't like sleeping in cloud.
