My primary concern with establishing a company in Germany isn't the bureaucracy—it's the unreasonable exit tax. This tax feels like a trap because it's levied on the company's valuation, not its revenue, effectively anchoring businesses to Germany. I'm curious about the preferred destinations for entrepreneurs looking to avoid this issue. Do most opt for the Netherlands or Ireland, or is there another popular choice?

This is exactly why I wouldn't want to switch from my Kinesis 360 Pro even though I prefer the low profile switches and maybe the thumb cluster from the Glove80. I just love the build quality of the Kinesis 360 Pro.

Really appreciate your suggestions! Some things are just hard to see from the inside.

Also nothing should be priced at $4.99/year, I don't care what it is, if it's worth $4.99 a year then it's probably worth at least 20x that.

Would you still increase the price if the main competitor with the biggest market share is already cheaper (one-time payment of $5)?

Sorry to hear that. Did you try other platforms on which you didn't get suspended?

Did you have to tune your Google ads campaign before it worked or did it work for you from the first try?

Because I just want to finish that one feature before sharing it ;) Jokes aside, I just don't like the idea of spamming communities. I probably should do it more often though.

As a solo developer (https://simplepush.io) that hates marketing as well, I often find myself trying to make use of paid ads. Probably because it is easier to spend some money than writing a good article. However it hasn't really worked for me so far. Wondering if other solo developers had some success with paid ads?

So far my thinking is that I'll go with the 5950x since it's more or less on par with the 5900x for gaming performance but has slightly faster single core performance. Also more cores are nice for running tests.

I am by no means an expert on blockchain technology so I could be wrong on this, but I think your assumption that the user would have to pay for a tweet is wrong.

I think posting and reading tweets could be handled off-chain.

One answer to this is to be the first one who does it. (It's also quite hard to succeed as a centralized twitter clone at the moment.)

Why do you think that the decentralized model is inferior when it comes to user acquisition? A team with enough tokens in their pocket would have enough incentive to do the same kind of user acquisition as the centralized counterpart.

Disrupting Uber 10 years ago

Even in the unlikely case that the co-op could temporally get more customers than Uber, Uber could just artificially lower the prices for customers/increase rates for drivers and win customers/drivers back. A co-op could not do that since they have no money in the bank.

Except when all this happens on an own blockchain where people can invest in the co-op via tokens on that blockchain? Maybe this could even be combined with a prediction market which decides how to counteract attacks (on prices) from Uber?!
