I am intrigued by the header, and it seems like this has some good points. However, I'm struggling to parse this content. There's a full image in between almost every sentence. In most cases, I don't find the image adds significantly to the point of the preceding or following sentence, so it just looks like filler for colour.

I could put this into an AI but then what's the point of the article in the first place?

Oh, I really believed this was some strange keylogger spyware. Maybe it is? I really can't tell. Either this was the hook to get people to install it, or the front to make it seem like a real thing when people find it and google "why is pawsense installed on my computer".

Even while you use your other software, PawSense constantly monitors keyboard activity. PawSense analyzes keypress timings and combinations to distinguish cat typing from human typing.

It's interesting that the challenges are not business or accounting centred, as is the expectation when using Excel. If this is now general problem solving, are we watching language-specific competitive programming through the lens of a more broadly accessible platform like MS Excel?

Have you considered messages.google.com? I think you need to use Google's messages app (not the Samsung messager or equivalent) but it does as you describe and supports RCS.

If you consider that Entertainment gives the viewer what they want, and art intends to challenge, none of what's created here is "art". It doesn't push boundaries, create new genres, or satisfy an uncomfortable curiosity.

The tech here is fantastic. I love that such things are possible now and they're an exciting frontier in creation.

It's very dystopian to feel that the robots are making generic human-music with indescribably lifeless properties. I'm not an artist, so I don't feel personally attacked. Much like image gen, this seems to be aimed at replacing the bare-minimum artist (visual or auditory) with a "fill in the blanks" entertainment piece.

Is there something you'd like those observers to hear?

I did this in Plex using DizqueTV. It was a blast to set up, schedule, and insert a selection of toy ads from the era to make it feel real.

Of course, I only watched it once or twice before I realised I am not capable of sitting through 6 hours of cartoons any more. The sugary cereal made me feel sick, too.

I agree. There are many more important issues that could be solved with this person's expertise and willingness to apply themselves. Unfortunately, you can only lead a horse to water.

The vastness of areas which could be studied, advanced, or challenged lends itself well to human curiosity. I feel it would be unwise and unreasonable to stop people from exploring their area of interest.

Consider all the academic papers written with 0 citations. Did they waste their time? Should they have picked from a centralised pool of "most important" issues? The breadth-first search approach benefits the scientific community long term, I'd imagine.
