So true. I just developed several sites straight from figma designs, giving estimates for the work as a contractor. And low and behold those estimates never matched, cause sooo much UX was just inferred by design.

For example: This play button should be animated with a heartbeat animation. A spinner should be shown after play is pressed and tons of UX requirements that were never put down but were just inferred by design itself ...
