You don't live in a country bordering Russia, do you? Historically Russia has been behaving aggressively and recklessly since at least 18th century, without much stop. Russia's western neighbors flock to NATO for a reason. Basically Russia is the bully of the neighborhood, using violence whenever it doesn't get whatever it wants.

Facebook once banned me for 24h just for sending my friend a link (via messenger) to animgif containing female boobs. (together with ban FB expired all API access tokens of my apps) Zuckerberg positioning himself as champion of democracy and unrestricted communication is ridiculous.

Offering a refund after asking? Awww, how cute. But since a customer needs to explicitly ask for returning money that she hasn't authorized taking, why not just start a chargeback process at the credit card issuer?

Seriously, automatic refund should be their first and default action AND THEN offering some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

My problem with most services that promote music and have good reach is that they are connected with major labels.

What would be cool is some coverage from sites dealing with independent music and, dare I say, local scenes. Also, as a geek and programmer, I think I'd like to read about such service on a well-recognized tech/startup site.
