I fancy myself a hardware engineer, doing unix anti-spam software testing at the moment. Interests include logic design and testing, learning in general, and bowling.

Cloudmark | San Francisco, CA (SoMa) | Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET / QA) | ONSITE

I'm looking to hire curious, collaborative people to help break Cloudmark software before our customers do it for us. Testers in our group come from various backgrounds -- security consulting, system administration, and even software development.

We stop spam for over a billion people across the world. The team you'll join works on the server that customers use to implement our service.

The S&P 500 is not "the market". It's certainly a better representative of the U.S. market than the Dow Jones Industrial Index (which has just 30 stocks) but it has nowhere near as many stocks as the Wilshire 5000. Not to mention none of those give you any international exposure.

I'm excited to use this, but wow, the sign in flow for people using 2-factor authentication is awful.

I have as much understanding of IPA as one gets in a college gen-ed requirement linguistics class. I can usually understand the IPA transcriptions of English words (and sometimes a romance languages), but if the transcription includes non-English phonemes, I go to the respelling.
