What do you think about a lite version that limits you in terms of the # of bugs downloaded to the app, but otherwise offers the full range of functionality?

To add another data point. I recently rented a 2 BR apt in a nice complex in Santa Clara for $1400. The ad asked for $1500, but I negotiated it down to $1400 with a slightly longer lease term. Just 6 months ago, the same apt was renting for $1800.
I am looking for a start-up for the all the reasons that PG and other experienced entrepreneurs give for having at least one co-founder.

This is great advice. To share a data point, I first became aware of Weebly because of a mention on HN. Some months later my wife, wanted to create a website for her business, and asked me for a recommendation. As you can guess, she is a happy Weebly user now.
Companies like Zimbra and PostPath have achieved some success in competing with MS Exchange. Why do you think building an email server like Exchange is too much of a technical challenge?
Also, my idea is not to build yet another email delivery solution, you are right that problem is 99% solved. But an office worker receives literally thousands (counting mailing lists) of emails a day. Even with folders and rules, there is a lot of human effort required to sort through all this email. That seems like a real pain point to me.
