I think the "peanut" shape of the transit roundabout is not final. They're going to straighten the sides to make it more of a race-track shape. Having straight sides allows the busses to align themselves better with the curbs for passenger access. That rendering is a bit nonsense, its outright missing the 85th/114th intersection

Its a cool technology. I had a friend working on using expansion microscopy for neuron connectomics research. I think you've misremembered geography here - a straight line from "mainland" Russia to Kaliningrad cuts through Lithuania and Latvia, and to involve Poland here, you'd have to be drawing a line from Belarus. Additionally, when Kaliningrad was handed over to the Soviets, it was contiguous as part of the USSR. There was no "design" to make the Russians upset about it.

firstly, the posix SHELL is not at all unfriendly (terminal != shell), and introducing it earlier can only be beneficial. If you get scared by a shell, you probably shouldn't be in programming.
