If you record everything on audio tape or talk only using phone and record it. Or you use gtalk only then legal bodies might take it seriously. But no one is going to take notes written by you seriously.

Is it legal to record phone conversation without other persons consent? I don't k now.

If you are using Windows: 1. Download Visual Studio Express Edition 2. Google for C# tutorials for beginners 3. Follow it.

If you are using Linux: 1. Google for Python tutorial for beginners 2. Follow it.

Learn some web programming by following tutorials on w3schools. You should be able to create simple static web page and host it on localhost.

Why C# and Python? Well both are widely used and are easy to grasp.

Once you grasp basic concepts like 1. if...else.. 2. for 3. while 4. case 5. What are libraries? 7. What is difference between compilation and interpretation? 8. What is the difference between editor, IDE and compiler?

the force will guide you.

And if at any point you get stuck you can always ask question at StackOverflow.com

Then, you can come back and "Ask HN" how do I become better programmer?

Best of luck!

It is really helpful to be technically sound.

Here is a scenario of what happens if you are not technically sound:

Have you watched The Social Network? There were guys who had an idea but didn't know how to implement it. So, they asked "another guy" who knew how to implement it to do the job.

That "another guy" stole the idea. :)

Yes. It's simply not mathematical.

Suppose, x^(x^(x...) = y

At first the author says --> y = 2 and when he says "now consider the equation..." he equivalently says --> 4 = y.

Then obviously we can say 4 = 2. Means, you are assuming 4=2 and then concluding 4=2. Please point out if I am wrong. :)

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools. - Douglas Adams

In this article you say that you are <strike>a pretty and smart</strike> "a pretty smart guy". Then you are definitely welcome at SO.

NOT participating in SO is neither a solution to your problem nor a decision that a pretty smart guy would take.

Give it a shot buddy! and I am sure you will NOT write an article about how awesome SO is because you won't find the words to describe SO awesomeness.
