no. we are a school wanting to help start-ups learn marketing and become better start-ups. we are not a lead gen company or an affiliate that sells names or leads. read our site, look at who our founders and advisers are, and you'll see we are legit.

Depends upon what you want to do and what the programs really offer. I am a former college professor and two degrees of the same name from two different universities can be totally different. That being said I think the question you need to ask yourself is do you lean towards fields like Operations Research or Engineering? Do you want to spend your days running advanced analysis to find answers or do you want to program systems and design networks?

BTW this post is about a new program, not the one on our website. The one on the website is about an 8-week paid program. What I am looking for is feedback on creating a new 8 month free Fellowship for college seniors to help them build skills to increase their chance of getting a job.

The current website is about our 8 week program. What this post is about is getting feedback on creating a longer Fellowship program for seniors in college to help increase their chances of getting a good job upon graduating, and making the fellowships free. Totally agree to become a world class marketer and in your example a world class copywriter takes years. But what I am thinking about is giving these students a jump start since what they learn in College isn't skills. So you could say we are wanting to create world class beginners. Does that make sense? Would like your thoughts.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I appreciate it. And we'll take your wish of Good Luck. The biggest things we think differentiate us from other approaches is the bootcamp approach by applying the learning directly at real live companies real world marketing problems. So no simulations. The other is as you noted at the end, the commitment to getting people jobs. What do you think a program should be priced at? I'd value your insight.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I appreciate it. About living in the Bay Area for 8 weeks, you might find the cost is not as much as you think. You can probably rent a bed room in a shared house for $500-$750/month and pubic transportation is a plenty in the Bay Area. But I do hear you about that concern. Wish we could offer you the program in your location. Where by chance do you live as we might take the school on the road next year.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I appreciate it. Glad you love the content/curriculum. I hear you about your situation. Unfortunately at this time we only plan to focus on the in-person immersion approach since we think the learning by doing and being immersed in it is the best way to learn. There are many online learning options already and suggest you do a Google search and you'll probably find something that may work for you. That being said I suggest you carefully evaluate the online programs and look for one that has a large amount of offline projects you have to do and do with real companies. Hiring companies will want to see that.
