How commonly do you see each of the voting/veto rights you listed negotiated? What are some others that may be listed that you'd deem inappropriate?

It's a helpful thing to put in place if you have more than one founder. It makes it clear to everyone ahead of time what happens if one of the founders leaves.

GitHub Apps (was called Integrations until today) allows for 'per repository' configuration. We use it at Percy.io and it works pretty well. It has some other parts that need smoothing (like a non-admin going through the flow), but GitHub's been improving it. :) I like it a lot.

You're allowed to say no to your investors. In this case it sounds like you probably should.

$100k isn't giving you much runway in SV. You won't be able to hire anyone, and would soon be out of cash and have to leave (you'll save a portion of your cash for that right?).

If there's something you really want to move to SV for, come for 2 months, stay in an airbnb, and do what you need to do. If you need to and can, raise more money (investors or revenue) if you're set on moving here.

The Plugin Author is a Principal PM on Visual Studio..

There's a PM at Microsoft called Sean McBreen who works with Visual Studio. Probably the same guy. He's posted his email address publicly before - smcbreen@microsoft.com (i.e. here https://github.com/Armitxes/VSCode_SQF/issues/2 )

It's true! I was skeptical so I just called it and got a human after 1 button push and a 10 second wait.

When I visited, the Android statues were cool, the conference bikes were unique, and the size of the campus (coming from NZ where 100 people is a big business) was mind blowing. Plus, it's Google! It had lost it's sparkle by the third visit, but just being there is a novelty the first time.

Ha. I've had and have plenty of data problems. After 2 days of making adjustments as per Basho's suggestions to try and improve the write throughput, I moved on. You seem to be making a lot of judgments and assumptions about that decision based on very little information. I guess this is troll food.
